Organisation & Decluttering Package
This package involves the client and organiser working side by side to create the vision the client has for their home. An initial free consultation via phone/email/Skype/Zoom is done with the client to establish goals and create a plan to make this happen. The actual organisation consultation is billed hourly with a minimum of 4hrs. A travel fee may apply.
The client must be available to work alongside the organiser during the organisation consultation.
Virtual Organisation/Decluttering Package
For those that are a little uncomfortable about having an organiser in their home, live interstate or overseas or for those that are on a tight budget but are completely overwhelmed and need help now! This package involves virtual organisation guidance via Skype/Facetime.
There is no physical assistance by the organiser however a plan of action and advice is provided for the decluttering and organisation process.
Terms and Conditions
- A suggested number of consultations required to reach the client’s vision for their home can be advised on the day of the initial consultation. Due to every client being different the number of consultations will vary from client to client.
- Consultation fees must be paid immediately and prior to the additional consultations being carried out.
- A travel fee may apply.
- The onus of the removal of possessions to charities or bins are the client’s responsibility.
- The final decision of whether the client’s possessions are kept, donated to charities, or removed from the premises is the client’s decision alone.
- We can only work with the owner of the belongings with their consent.
- Decluttering and reorganising is highly confidential and will be treated as such.
- Permission will be sort from the client to take before and after photographs to view the transformation. However, this is at the clients discretion.
- To achieve maximum results we suggest the minimising of possessions and belongings is required. However, this is at the client’s discretion.
